5. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security measures, or use SwishSocial for spam, unauthorised automation, or abusive behaviour.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict functionality, or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform integrity.

7. Availability

SwishSocial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwishSocial shall not be liable for user-generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operating Swish World Group entity, unless otherwise required by local law.
